Textile Recycling Systems

For Change, Promoting a Circular Economy
Textile recycling is a crucial frontier in building a more sustainable world. Clothing alone accounts for approximately 10% of greenhouse gas emissions from human activities, and the majority of pre- and post-consumer waste generated by the textile industry ends up incinerated or landfilled.
ENMA Recycling currently offers both single-unit machines and complete recycling systems, encompassing the following process steps: feeding, shredding, conveying, separation, granulation, and final material storage.

Input Materials:

Output Materials:

Commercial textile waste
Clothing
Specialty materials such as carpets
White/colored textile waste

Final separated textile materials:
Ferrous metal fragments (e.g. wires from textile bales)
Non-ferrous metal fragments (e.g. zippers)
