Large Diameter Pipe crusher

ENMA invented EnMa P series of large-diameter pipe crusher that can process large pipes of diameters up to 2000mm without pre-cutting. Recycling of pipes below 1500mm diameter adopts single-shaft dual drive, and of which of pipes above 1500mm diameter adopts three-shaft triple-drive technology. The length of the crushing chamber is 3000mm and 6000mm respectively. This model of crusher can transport the shred materials to the EnMa G series granulator through the conveyor for further processing into particles below 10mm, and then proceed to the next step for further processing.

Multi-rotor technology

Multi-stage cylinder

The multi-stage cylinder can safely and stably push the pipes to the cutting rotor for cutting.

Large Diameter Rotor

The integral rotor design is suitable for pipes below 1500mm in diameter, with V-shaped cutting blades arrangement.

Falcon-Wing Door

EnMa P series feed door adopts the falcon-wing door design, which has a larger opening angle and is more convenient for feeding.

Triple Rotor Design

The EnMa P 2000 is equipped with a triple-rotor cutting system, which is suitable for crushing large-diameter pipes.
