Rubber crushing and grinding powder recycling Solution

EnMa GM series is specially designed for crushing and grinding rubber blocks. The rubber crusher can crash standard-sized synthetic rubber blocks at one step. When the rubber block falls into the hopper, the sharp edge of the rotating hammer bites the rubber block and is discharged from the mesh plate through screw extrusion to produce smaller particles, which are crushed through a grinding sol machine of second step.

This model is made of stainless steel and two layer alloy, and is suitable for processing various materials, including butadiene, high-impact polymer, isoprene, nitrile, styrene, natural rubber, butyl and recycled, etc. The production capacity is 1000KG-5000KG/H, depending on the type of raw material. We also provide heavy-duty crushing designs for extremely tough rubber.
