Single Shaft Crusher

EnMa C400 Flat single shaft medium type crusher, with linear hydraulic pushing system, equipped with S-type standard cutting and A-type anti-winding cutting, two types of rotors for options. Motor and reducer connected by belts, rotor diameter of 400mm, rotor width of 1000, 1300, 1600 and 2000mm. Open type pushing plate design makes cleaning and maintenance work easy. EnMa C400 can also be used to combine with EnMa G series granulator to further process the required material size.

Feeding materials

  • Small waste in the factory
  • Injection/blow molding/extrusion defective products
  • Wood waste
  • Aluminum products
  • Textile waste
  • Waste paper

Highlights

  • The particle size of the material, passing through the screen, can reach 20-100mm.
  • The machine body can be opened for cleaning and maintenance.
  • The size of the machine body for feeding material is 900mm.
  • 2 types of cutting rotors are available.
  • It can crush various feeding materials and has powerful functions.
  • Equipped with a hydraulic parallel pusher, speed and pressure are adjustable.
Modular Design

According to different crushing demands of customers, the pushing methods can be combined arbitrarily, and the pusher stroke can also be extended.

Outboard Bearing

It is convenient to install and replace the rotor, prevent dust from entering the bearing during the crushing process, and is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the bearing.

Large Crushing Chamber

The size of the crushing chamber determines the size of the feeding materials, and the design of the linear pusher can effectively extend the life of the hydraulic system.

Different Combinations

EnMa C400 series can be combined with the modular conveyors manufactured by ENMA and the EnMa G series granulators to form a crushing system.

Cutting System

We equip different cutting blades and cutting angles according to the materials recycled at customers’ factories.
